How to change the tap

Step 1: Close the hot and cold water supply to the faucet on the sink. Use an adjustable spanner or pipe wrench to unscrew the nut and remove the faucet from the water supply pipe under the sink.

Step 2: If the old device has nozzles and hoses, remove the nozzle fixing nut under the pool. Also, disconnect the hose from its nozzle.

Step 3: Remove the old faucet from the sink, and then clean the pool wall near the faucet installation area. The faucet is fixed to the pool by the nut under the pool. The water supply line is usually connected to the faucet by a threading device.

Step 4: Before installing the faucet, put a putty on the bottom of the faucet. If the faucet itself has a sealing gasket, you do not need to wipe the putty.

Step 5: If the new faucet has a spray hose, attach the hose. Pass the spray hose through its opening in the faucet assembly, its opening in the basin, and up through the central opening of the basin. Then The hose is connected to the water supply on the faucet.

Step 6: Install the new faucet assembly into the mounting hole of the pool. After the new faucet is in place, install the washers and nuts on the mounting studs in the assembly under the basin and tighten by hand to ensure that the entire unit is properly installed. The location and all pads are properly aligned. Then tighten the nuts further with a pipe wrench. Due to the small space under the pool, you may need a pipe wrench to tighten the coupling nut.

Step 7: Align and connect the original water supply line with the soft water supply pipe from the new faucet. Make sure that the hot and cold water pipes are connected correctly to the faucet water supply pipe. You must use two wrenches when connecting the piping. One to align the position, use another to rotate the nut on the water supply line.

Step 8: Turn on the hot and cold water supply to the new faucet. Turn both the hot and cold water to maximum to clean the water supply pipe and check the entire installation for leaks. If there are any signs of water leakage, please re-run the entire process to find out if there is a place to connect Loose or incorrectly connected.
