These mistakes may sound like minor problems, but it may cause big problems in the game. Find problems or treat them as soon as possible.
[1] Wrong: The upper body reverses prematurely
This means that your chest and shoulders reversed prematurely in the downstroke, creating an outside-to-inside swing.
Symptoms: The ball is not standard at the time of kick-off, often the pull-out ball is played, and the ball flies to the left and then bends to the right. Always pull out the ball with a short iron.
Correction: Stick a shaft or broom handle on the shoulder and another on the hip. If your upper rod moves correctly, your shoulders will turn about 90 degrees and your hips will rotate 45 degrees. Slow reverse rotation, the angle between shoulder and hip remains unchanged. When the hips turn to open, the shoulders remain closed for as long as possible, that is, to the right of the target. This will help you learn to drop your arm from the inside and prevent your shoulder from twisting in the opposite direction of the hip.
[2] Error: Backward shift in center of gravity
This means that the top of your spine is tilted toward the target when the rod reaches the apex, and is tilted in the opposite direction when the rod is down.
Symptoms: You are not playing thick or thin, and it is easy to make a digging action.
Correct: Insert two shafts or two umbrellas on the ground. They are the same distance from your hips when you aim the ball. From the upper rod to the apex, the right hip is rotated back so that the distance between the two shafts and the hip remains the same. You should feel that you are turning around your right knee and your center of gravity is on the inside of your right foot. This will prevent your right hip from sliding in the opposite direction from the side of the target.
[3] ERROR: Dump fishing line
This means that the center of gravity does not move forward with the lower club, and the wrist turns from upturned to flat.
Symptoms: You are not playing thick or thin. The action of the fishing line causes the lowest point of the swing arc to fall behind the ball.
Correction: Hold the lever with your hands apart and make the shaft 90 degrees to the left forearm. Put the rod up to the apex and lower the rod so that the angle between the shaft and the left forearm remains the same. Stop when the right elbow is in front of the right hip and repeat the above procedure. The lower arm keeps the right arm bent and moves in front of the body. This can prevent the right arm from being stretched too far or make a fishing line action.
[4] Wrong: Cue Goes Over Target Line
This means that the rear swing lever is close to the inside and the arm is raised too high and the club head points to the right side of the target when the upper lever reaches the apex.
Symptoms: If you are a top scorer, you will hit a right hand, and if your handicap is less than 15, you will hit a left hand.
[5] Error: Club is too low
This means that the forearm rotates too early and the shaft rotates too far, and the club head points to the left of the target when the rod is at the top.
Symptoms: If you are a high scorer, you will always hit the globe, pull out the left, and occasionally hit one or two picks. If you are a single-handed player, you will be hitting the ball to the right because of problems with wrist rotation during the downswing.
Correct these two kinds of mistakes: The angle of the shaft at the address of the ball indicates the swing plane. Keep the club on this plane when putting on the rod. You can cure the "Cue to cross the target direction line" and "The club is too Low "These two problems. In order to keep the swing in this plane, two shafts can be placed on the ground, one on the tip of the toes and one on the target direction line. Keep the lever until the left arm is parallel to the ground. The top of the handle should point to a point between the two shafts. Then, you only need to turn the shoulder and put the rod up to the top to keep the club in this plane. The face is perpendicular to the ground.
[6] Error: Chicken Wings
This means that after touching the ball your body stops turning, but your arms and clubs continue to move, causing the left arm to bend and become the shape of the chicken wings.
Symptoms: You often play a large-angled right-handed ball, or there is a problem with the touch ball.
Correct: Unarmed, put your right hand under the left arm and turn the torso left until you face the target. When turning, you should feel that you are squeezing your right arm with your left arm. Your right elbow should point downwards instead of outside. Experience this feeling during the actual swing.
