The safety of large water park equipment is closely related to the quality of manufacturing and installation. According to incomplete statistics, there are nearly 200 large-scale water park equipment manufacturing units in the country, and the domestic sales of foreign manufacturing units are fierce. In recent years, with the rising of raw materials, standard electromechanical products and other laboratories and labor costs, the profit margin of enterprises has become smaller and smaller. The quality control of the installation process is an important part of the safety operation of large-scale equipment. We have found that some amusement equipment factories have been barbaric operations, and there is no or no construction according to the “construction quality plan” and construction technical documents. The process control is not strict, resulting in the installation process. The randomness is too great, and the installation accuracy and quality are difficult to guarantee. Large-scale amusement facilities cannot be shipped out of the factory due to installation and transportation. Some important steel structural parts must be assembled and welded on site. If the construction personnel on site do not follow the construction process, the welding and installation quality is difficult to control and guarantee. It is bound to cause hidden dangers to amusement equipment.


From the above point of view, it is particularly important to make good manufacturing quality, especially the quality of the installation process. The author believes that the key should do the following three aspects:
The first is to strictly review the technical information of the amusement facilities, and confirm the integrity, correctness, and conformity of the equipment-related materials (permit, design document identification and type test report, installation notice, factory documents, installation quality records and supporting documents, etc.) . The consistency of the physical and data of the equipment is checked (the equipment installed on site and the conformity of the identified and type tests through the design drawings are consistent with the type, type and parameters of the manufacturing and installation permit equipment).

Second, we must supervise the installation process. During the inspection process, it is often found that the manufacturing (installation) unit is in the manufacturing (installation) process, and may be randomly added with filler materials due to large processing errors, etc., resulting in insufficient stress concentration or insufficient strength, and buried hidden dangers. Most of the main connecting parts (booms, rails, safety bars, etc.) are welded on site, and the quality of the welding is limited by the conditions. Important parts (sliding spindles, rotary-type crankshafts, racing steering shafts, etc.) may be welded or assembled with different types of steel when installed on-site, resulting in improper use of the grades. It is highly prone to defects such as cracks. The weld seam is relatively concealed and difficult to disassemble. During the assembly process, the welding is also difficult to achieve, and the welding quality is not guaranteed.


For the above-mentioned defects, the inspection process should be early involved, and the construction process of the construction unit should be inspected according to the regulations. The dismantling inspection should be carried out, and the verification should be verified to prevent the defect from being missed.

Improve the entry barriers for the manufacturing and installation of amusement facilities, strictly review and control, control the scale and quantity of enterprises through the implementation of the manufacturing license system, maintain normal production order, and improve the quality of enterprises.
2. For enterprises that have obtained the license, through the supervision and spot check on their production and installation process, the company's products and quality system operation will be effectively controlled.
3. Accelerate the formulation of manufacturing and installation, transformation, and major maintenance procedures, and carry out supervision and inspection work as soon as possible to ensure that manufacturing (installation) units have rules to follow, evidence-based, and urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility, strict self-discipline, and strengthen production (installation) ) Supervision of unit process control.
4. Pay attention to the construction of special inspection culture. Only the manufacturing, installation units and users should always put the safety awareness of special equipment in their minds, so that safety becomes a habit, and the safety of special equipment can be called "safe."
