New Cap Positioning Technology Adds Cosmetic Hose Packaging

Asia announced in June that it has developed a new cap positioning technology that allows users to advance to the cosmetics/personal care market while focusing on the health care and toothpaste markets.

The new cap positioning technology has been applied to all SAESA?-2000 and SAESA?-2000s hose production equipment. Perfect registration to ensure that the cap is perfectly open and the printed pattern of the body is the winning route to successful entry into the cosmetics/personal care products market. Asia's new technology not only does this, but also produces 160 production speeds per minute. The hoses that can be produced are 12.7mm to 50mm in diameter and 45mm to 200mm in length. The anti-theft pull-tab cover, push-in flip cover, and buckle lift cover can be accurately positioned by aligning the injection marks on the bottle cap with the pre-printed reference marks on the surface of the composite hose. If the hose has a shoulder or a cap with a special shape, alignment can also be performed with a preprinted mark.
