2. There are three ways for the raw materials needed for molding: the new materials provided by the resin supplier and the compounding plant; the recycled materials provided by the recycling factory (edge ​​materials, etc.); the secondary products factory to provide defective products and other external products. , scraps and so on.

Its products are sold to users of packaging plants, assembly companies, etc. Waste generated during processing can be recycled or sold to recycling plants within the scope of their equipment.

3. The compounding plant purchases the resin from the resin manufacturer and mixes it with the additive and sells it to the molding plant. The waste generated can be reprocessed in the plant equipment or sold to the recycling plant. Nowadays, many molding factories directly make their own ingredients, such as polyvinyl chloride molding processing plants; while polyolefins are generally compounded by the resin plant during the synthesis of conventional additives.

4. The secondary processing plant processes the plastic semi-finished product (such as plastic film, etc.) into finished products (such as plastic packaging bags, etc.), and the waste generated here is provided to a molding processing factory or a recycling factory. Packaging plants, assembly plants, and sales companies receive products from molding plants or secondary processing plants and sell them to users after packaging and assembly.

5. Recycling The plastic waste obtained by the factory from various industrial production processes is reprocessed and sold to a molding and processing plant. The small amount of waste generated is then recovered by its own equipment.

6. The last part of the plastic recycling network is the consumer, waste plastics produced by consumers, some of which are collected and then recycled to recycling factories. The other part, due to recycling technology and cost issues, becomes a hazardous waste plastic that can only be used as Landfill or incineration.
