SPX-â…¡ Biochemical Incubator Operating Specifications and Methods

SPX-â…¡ Biochemical Incubator Operating Rules

1. Purpose: To formulate the operating rules of the SPX-II biochemical incubator to ensure the standard operation of the instrument operator.
2. Scope: This standard applies to testing using the SPX-â…¡ biochemical incubator.
3. Responsibility: The Technical Quality Department QC is responsible for the implementation of this regulation.
4. Content:
4.1 Instrument composition and device:
4.1.1 Composition:
4.1.2 Device: Install and use according to the instrument manual.
4.2 Operation method:
4.2.1 Preparation:
4.2.1.1 Check whether the instrument is normal and clean; whether it is placed steadily.
4.2.1.2 Before the test, after placing the test article in the incubator, close the glass door and the outer door, and unscrew the capping valve appropriately.
4.2.1.3 Install the power socket according to regulations before use, and the upper declination angle must be effectively grounded.
4.2.2. Operation:
4.2.2.1 Turn on the power and turn on the power switch of the incubator. The red indicator light is on and the heater starts to work.
4.2.2.2 Adjust the temperature control knob to the desired temperature.
4.2.2.3 The white indicator light is on, indicating that the control temperature has been reached and the heater stops working.
4.2.2.4 When the temperature in the incubator is lower than the control temperature, the red indicator light is on and the heater continues to work.
4.2.2.5 After use, cut off all power. And often keep the inside and outside of the box clean.
4.2.3. Note:
4.2.3.1 The red light and white light alternately turn on and off, that is, the temperature can be automatically controlled.
4.2.3.2 Never touch the two terminal posts on the top of the box with the electrical components in other parts during use.
4.2.3.3 The power cord must not be entangled with metal objects or placed in a humid place. It is necessary to prevent leakage of electricity due to aging rubber.
4.2.3.4 The placement of the test sample should not be over-squeezed, and a space for natural convection of air must be left. The bottom plate of the inner chamber is close to the electric heater, so it is not suitable to place the test sample. It is helpful to adjust the temperature in the incubator.
4.2.4 Troubleshooting

Phenomenon
the reason
deal with
1. No power supply
1. The socket has no power
1. Check the socket
2. The plug is not inserted or disconnected
2. Insert the plug or wire

4. The power switch is not closed
4. Close the power switch
2. Large temperature error in the box
1. The sensor is broken
1. Replace the sensor
2. The fan is broken
2. Fan change
3. The meter is not corrected
3. Correct the "P" value
3. The temperature in the box does not rise or fall
1. The setting temperature is wrong
1. Adjust the set temperature
2. The temperature controller is broken
2. Adjust the temperature controller
3. Loose connection
3. Tighten the cable

Water Bottle Glass

A water bottle glass is a type of Drinking Glass specifically designed for holding water. It is typically made of glass, which is a non-porous material that does not absorb odors or flavors from the water. Water bottle glasses can come in various shapes and sizes, but they often have a wide mouth for easy pouring and drinking. Some water bottle glasses may also have a lid or a straw for added convenience. They are commonly used for drinking water at home, in restaurants, or on the go.
