Second, the main processing methods:
1. Drying: This method can solve most problems, but it is costly and expensive, and it easily leads to cracks in the wood. However, special applications such as sealed packaging, high humidity in warehouses, and export in the case of a hot and humid environment at sea do not work. Now. Air drying (natural drying) is low cost but takes a long time.
2, fumigation: This method is mainly for the export of wood packaging insecticide, and the shorter period of validity. Many mistakenly thought it was mildew. In fact, it had no effect on mold control.
3, heat treatment: to have specialized equipment, and high processing costs, can reduce the moisture content of wood, but can not solve the fundamental problem.
4. Anti-corrosion: This method is mainly used for outdoor landscape wood or furniture wood processing. The commonly used medicines are ACQ and CCA. The vacuum high-pressure method is used to spray the medicine into the wood. Generally, the penetration is relatively thick, mainly the insect-killing bacteria. And so on, but its effect on mold is not very good, and it is often seen everywhere.
5, mildew: the use of professional wood anti-mold agent to deal with it, you can use rapid soaking or spray brush and other methods, but the cost of anti-mold agent is high, and the operator and the working environment is likely to cause injury and pollution.
6. Moisture-preventing agent: Internationally, container desiccant (container desiccant) is commonly used to prevent moisture, and to prevent moisture infiltration, the most absorbent calcium chloride desiccant can be placed in the container, and then the container is checked before packing. Whether it has been rinsed with water, did not take a dry treatment.
Third, our plant currently used and required treatment measures:

3. Wood trays are quickly soaked or sprayed with chemicals. During the summer months, hydrogen peroxide is used to add protopine, which lasts from the end of June to the end of September. During the winter season from the Chinese lunar calendar to the beginning of the spring, professional anti-mold agents are used during the winter months from the beginning of November to the end of the next year. The treated tray is naturally dry in a sunny and ventilated place, 3-5 days in summer and 7-10 days in winter.
