1. The blank part of the printing plate is the cause of the clogging failure and the treatment method:

â‘¢ Poor contact between the plate and the film, ensure that the vacuum system works properly, and use rollers to expel the air between the plate and the film.

2. Small dots, small characters and thin lines are washed away. Reasons and treatment methods:

â‘  The back exposure time is not enough, you should consider increasing the back exposure time;

â‘¡ The main exposure time is not enough, you can increase the main exposure time;

â‘¢ The plate washing time is too long or the brush pressure is too large. Pay attention to shorten the plate washing time and adjust the brush pressure.

3. The cause and treatment method of the failure of the bottom of the printing plate not completely hardened:

â‘ Insufficient back exposure, increase back exposure time;

â‘¡ Rinse is not complete, there is residual unhardened resin, check the brush pressure and adjust the washing time.

4. The reason and treatment method of the inconsistent depth of the same plate printing plate:

â‘  The plate-making machine is too hot, carefully check whether there is a fault in the ventilation and cooling system;

â‘¡ The intensity of the plate-making lamp is not uniform or it is not synchronized to start, and all the lamps are replaced at the same time;

â‘¢The washing brush is not parallel or the movement is unbalanced. The pressure and level of the washing brush can be adjusted.

5. The part of the image is blurry and unclear.

â‘  The film is defective, carefully check whether the image on the film is clear;

â‘¡Use offset printing film for flexo printing by mistake, re-make qualified flexo printing film.

6. Reasons and solutions for the failure of small dot loss during printing:

â‘ Insufficient main or back exposure can increase the main exposure or back exposure time;

â‘¡Original design is beyond the scope of flexo reproducibility. Improve the design of the original to make it suitable for flexo printing.

7. Causes and treatment methods of cracking failures when moving and bending on the ground and after text making

â‘  The main exposure and back exposure time is too long, which can reduce the main exposure and back exposure time;

â‘¡ The desticking time is too long, reduce the desticking time;

â‘¢ Insufficient main exposure and back exposure, check whether the lamp is damaged or aging.

8. The cause and treatment method of the failure of thin lines bending and wavy:

â‘ Insufficient back exposure, increase back exposure time;

â‘¡Insufficient main exposure, increase the main exposure time;

â‘¢ If the drying time is insufficient, increase the drying time;

â‘£The plate-washing water is not fresh, replace the fresh plate-washing water;
