New FLEXfilm UV Processor

The new FLEXfilm UV processor is a curing device for flexible printed packaging materials and heat sensitive materials. It features a bottom open UV lamp facing a cooling water roller. Easy to install on all flexographic presses. The new FLEXfilm system can be mounted on an inline cylinder press or on a CI flexo press behind a coating unit. The dryer fully cures the thick UV ink layer and ensures consistent drum temperature and ambient temperature. This new system is said to fit between the printing cylinders of all CI flexo presses and can be used as an improved equipment for all roll printing machines that print flexible films.
