No. 15 anodized aluminum is suitable for hot stamping of soft plastics. The hot stamping surface temperature is 60-80°C, and the speed is 18-22 shots per minute. Electrochemical aluminum should be stored in a cool and dry place, gently and gently, not heavy pressure, pay attention to moisture, heat, sun, grease.

The effect of hot stamping is related to the quality of the corroded plate. Hot stamping must require a clear, clear surface, and a deeper surface than the printed version. It is best to use a copper plate for hot stamping.

1, the installation of hot stamping version

The hot stamping plate should be installed in the middle of the hot plate as much as possible so that the temperature during the hot stamping can be kept even. The installation of the hot stamping plate is generally determined according to the reasonable use of the anodized aluminum and the convenience of the hot stamping operation.

Prior to loading, the surface of the electric heating plate should be cleaned, and some markings should be placed on the back of the printing plate. A piece of cloth slightly larger than the hot stamping plate coated with milky white glue (or leather glue) should be loaded according to the determined printing plate. The position and method of the plate are pasted onto a hot plate, and the hot plate is pasted on the top of the electric plate. Put some hard paper on the plate, close the plate, heat the plate and heat it 80~90°C, hot press 15 About a minute or so, the hot stamping plate is firmly attached to the hot plate. In the midst of reprinting the hot stamping version, it must be carried out under the condition that the electric heating plate is completely cooled. If the hot plate is replaced with a temperature, the hot stamping plate can be replaced, which can easily cause the hot stamping plate to move around.

2, plate pressure adjustment and pad

Stick a piece of 100-gram or more coated paper on the plate with adhesive tape, press and press the sample with carbon paper, adjust the plate pressure according to the sample, until the sample is clear and the pressure is even. Determine the stamping rules of the stamping materials according to the printed samples, and paste some soft and hard cushions on the plate according to the stamping conditions.

If it is found that the partial hot stamping and flowering are not available during the trial printing, thin paper can be used to adjust the flat plate at the place.

3, temperature control of electric heating plate

The quality of the aluminum foil stamping and temperature control are critical. Usually, 600-800W electric heating wire is contained in the electric heating plate. The temperature of the transformer is controlled by a voltage regulator. When the voltage of the general transformer is indicated as 100-120V, the temperature of the electric heating plate can reach 75- 85°C, suitable for hot stamping of No. 8 anodized aluminum. When the voltage regulator is indicated as 90-100V, the temperature of the hot plate can reach 65-80°C, which is suitable for the hot stamping of No. 15 anodized aluminum.

4, cutting and installation of anodized aluminum

The use of anodized aluminum should be based on the type of stamping to choose. Cutting aluminum should be calculated accurately, that is, no waste, but also meet the hot stamp surface, if necessary and leave enough space.

The general methods used in the production of anodized aluminum are: 1 hot stamping of a single product and hot stamping of a printed surface. 2 When a single piece of product is stamped on multiple occasions, if the area of ​​the printing surface, such as a hot stamping, is large and cannot be fully utilized, the hot stamping method of multiple blocks is adopted. 3 irregular products side oblique hot stamping, irregular printing surface can be based on the actual situation or side oblique angle hot stamping, in order to reduce the consumption of aluminum. More than 4 kinds of products are compound hot stamping, and several printing surfaces are compounded, making full use of materials and can be completed at one time. 5 Hot stamping again.

The installation of anodized aluminum shall not be too tight or too loose. The pressure of the pressure roller and the tension of the wind-up roller should be properly adjusted. Anodized aluminum should not be too close to the electric heating plate, and the aluminum foil and electric heating plate need to be raised with a paper circle to avoid overheating of the aluminum.

5, electro-aluminum hot stamping prone to failure and troubleshooting
