The "Diamond (Lotus)" cigarette package hot stamping process is mainly divided into the following three processes, the author will analyze and explain one by one.
1. Holographic positioning hot + hot lotus flower column gold + hot lotus leaf green gold
Due to the high requirements for the arrangement of lotus light gold and lotus leaf green gold, due to the design of the process, our company put it in the first process, and realized it with a double-unit bronzing machine. At the same time, the double-unit bronzing machine used by our company has 20 independent temperature zones with reasonable layout, which can meet the local temperature setting of different substrates and different hot stamping products, which also makes holography requiring different hot stamping temperature parameters. The hot "face" process of positioning hot and the hot "line" process of lotus light gold can be realized on the same honeycomb version. Moreover, the two hot stamping processes are reduced to one, which not only improves production efficiency, but also effectively avoids paper deformation during product turnover.
