DNA anti-counterfeiting technology
DNA anti-counterfeiting technology is a technique that uses a DNA sequence called a "fingerprint" to specify a unique marker. The technical principles used are consistent with the technical principles used in forensic analysis. Figure 1 shows the DNA double helix structure. Among the DNA materials of all living organisms, the DNA sequences used for forensic analysis are those which have no biological product in the DNA sequence and which are not known for their coding function. These sequence segments are not genes, but are capable of uniquely specifying the individual to which they belong, and are therefore referred to as individual markers. Typically, such DNA marker sequences comprise from 500 to 10,000 base pairs, wherein the core sequence comprises from 15 to 35 base pairs, but is repeatedly arranged in different individual marker sequences in different ways. DNA anti-counterfeiting markers use artificially recombined DNA to specify the identity and identity of the tagged product. The technique of using DNA anti-counterfeiting marks to calibrate the true identity of a product is to attach the DNA security mark to the target product by any feasible method, so that the identified product can verify its authenticity by checking the attached DNA anti-counterfeit mark when needed. . At present, DNA anti-counterfeiting technology solutions are gradually being familiarized and applied by the domestic label industry, which is benefited from the strong recommendation of related companies. Currently, DNA anti-counterfeiting solutions can be used in almost all possible label and tag products.
