1. Double control nail tip adjustment
JBB50 adopts a unique vertical fly-up warehouse and roller fangs for the cover of the cover, but the size of the cover paper used in China is generally small, that is, the paper used for the cover is “thin and softâ€, plus the film Due to the different twist direction of the paper, the two different media of the paper and the film are combined by heat treatment, so the cover will almost always have severe deformation such as ruffles and curls. It is indeed very difficult to put such a soft and deformed cover into the Feida warehouse vertically, and at the same time ensure that it can continuously out of the warehouse one by one.
Therefore, when performing the cover release adjustment on the JBB50, it is necessary to note that after the cover is placed upright, the tip of the cover of the cover stack on the side of the double control is adjusted to a suitable position. If the tip of the nail is adjusted too much, when the fangs bite the cover, the cover will be damaged, and sometimes the edge of the cover will be curled, resulting in failure to get out of the position; if the tip is too small, the double control The sensitivity will also decrease. 2. Nozzle installation
In the work of the binding book, some operators will install 4 nozzles when the cover is out of the warehouse. As shown in Figure 2, 2 nozzles are installed in the middle of the two jaws, and 1 nozzle is installed on each side. There are 2 cavities in the part. When moving to the edge of the paper during work, if the cover is not straight (especially when the cover paper is thin or the paper edge is twisted), it is difficult to successfully complete the cover release process. .
In fact, JBB50 only needs 3 nozzles when processing any size cover. As shown in Figure 3, 3 nozzles are installed side by side between the two molars to complete the cover. In this case, the three nozzles are placed side by side on the same plane, and at the same time, the cover is sucked, so that the suction area is large and the force is even, the paper edge of the cover can move forward straight, and the tooth decay is more likely to hold the cover and continue. 3. Cover curl problem solving
During the process of opening the cover, it often happens that when the innermost cover is bitten by the fangs, the second cover is pulled up because the papers are not glued together, which makes the cover curl easily. . However, this problem can also be solved ingeniously. As long as the cover is placed in the Feida warehouse, the cover is pressed vertically to the surface of the Feida vertical plate. When the cover is placed, the upper cover is pressed with a pressure plate. Stay in the stacked cover.
