Not long ago, a rotary gravure production line using the research results has settled in Shenzhen Jinjia Color Printing Co., Ltd., and has completed the installation and commissioning work. The machine is manufactured by Cerutti of Italy. This is the first domestic and the world's first rotary gravure production line integrating transfer, compounding, and nine-color UV gravure printing. It is named Jinjia Color Printing-960cerutti3288 (hereinafter referred to as Jinjia 3288).
1. Equipment performance
The printing width of Jinjia 3288 gravure production line is 400 ~ 820mm, from 80g / m2 single-sided coated paper to 350g / m2 cardboard, and the printing speed can reach 300m / min. From white card paper unwinding, transfer and composite film unwinding, glue bonding, oven drying, peeling, cooling, OPP and PET film winding, surface varnishing, to in-line printing (front and back laser positioning printing), UV sanding, UV Oil and cut large sheets can be completed at once. (7) The paper guide roller is made of special metal, and the surface is specially treated to print plastic packaging.
(8) Provide transfer paper and composite paper processing for sheet printing (offset printing, gravure printing, etc.).
Second, superiority
Solving the stability problem of printing paper is the biggest advantage of Jinjia 3288 gravure production line. The coating quality is relatively stable, the coating is uniform, and the adhesion is firm. At the same time, the pressure of the glue roller and the amount of glue can be adjusted according to the scale. The greater the pressure, the glue The smaller the amount. The uniform amount of glue can ensure that the transferred product will not have watermarks caused by too much glue, too weak adhesion and incomplete peeling caused by too thin glue layer.
2. Glue anilox roller
Anilox roll glue is mainly used for local transfer (equivalent to hot stamping process or holographic anti-counterfeiting positioning hot stamping), and can also be used for full-plate transfer and composite products.
Anilox rollers are usually coated with ceramic anilox rollers, which are more expensive. Using engraved gravure as glue roller, low price, good performance after trial, and easy operation. Relevant parameters of engraving gravure for glue roller.
Using engraved gravure coating, the coating is uniform, the pressure is easy to control, the bonding is firm, the drying effect is good, the product performance is stable, and it is easy to peel.
Four, dry transfer, compound method
Dry transfer and compounding sound relatively unfamiliar. This is indeed a new technology and new process in China. But for Jinjia 3288 gravure printing machine that integrates advanced and innovative technology, it is not difficult.
For dry transfer and compounding, the superiority of the equipment must be provided, and then special adhesives should be used together. Various indicators of adhesives.
For dry transfer and lamination, an anilox roller or engraved gravure must be used to apply the glue, and the coating amount should be relatively uniform. When the back of the film is glued, it is not in a hurry to adhere to the paper, but first passes through the oven and is dried at an appropriate temperature; while the paper passes over the oven, the film and the paper run simultaneously. The film is not completely dry when it exits the oven, and then it is instantly heated by a hot oil roller at 120 ° C, and passed through the pressure roller in time, it can be firmly combined with the paper. After cooling or peeling or varnishing, you can enter the printing unit for gravure printing.
Dry transfer and compounding are generally used for printing high-end products. Because it is completed at one time, the paper is not easily deformed, and the multi-color overprinting accuracy is extremely high. In addition, due to fewer processes, time can also be saved.
5. How to control the printing surface within the laser transfer film surface
1. Laser film production process principle
The manufacturing process of the laser film is relatively complicated, and it adopts the vacuum aluminum plating method. That is, the evaporation boat is heated to 1400-1500 ° C to convert the aluminum wire continuously sent to the evaporation boat into aluminum vapor. Because the base film has an electrostatic adsorption force, aluminum molecules are adsorbed on the film surface. After cooling and depositing, the aluminum is evenly sprayed on the surface of the continuously wound film to form an aluminum plating film.
