9. Safe and reliable performance

a) Over-temperature alarm: when the temperature in the box exceeds 1 ℃, the control part will automatically emit an audible and visual alarm and automatically turn off the heating output.

b) Water level alarm: When the water level of the water tank is low or the water is cut off, the control part will automatically emit an audible and visual alarm and automatically turn off the heating output.

c) Gating: When the outer door of the incubator is opened, the fan, heating and CO2 inflation output in the incubator are automatically turned off, and there is a buzzer alarm.

Installation and use

1. Installation

a) The use of this equipment must be equipped with a high purity 99.9% carbon dioxide gas cylinder (note: user-supplied), the pressure of the cylinder is not less than 1MPA, the pressure is adjusted to 0.05MPA after the pressure reducing valve, and the outlet valve is closed with rubber The tube connects the carbon dioxide inlet behind the box. Open the intake valve when in use.

b) The equipment should be placed in a dry, flat, free of toxic and harmful gases, and should avoid direct sunlight, there must be a certain space around the incubator, in order to add water and maintenance.

c) It is recommended to use the most suitable ambient temperature for the incubator as 20 ~ 25 ℃.

d) The 220V / 50Hz AC power supply used by this machine should be reliably grounded to ensure the user's safe operation.

Second, use

After the incubator is properly installed according to the above requirements, follow the steps below.

1. Irrigation

a) First turn off the water switch at the bottom of the incubator, then connect one end of the rubber tube, connect the other end of the rubber tube to the water source, then turn on the water switch at the bottom of the incubator, and the water can be poured into the water jacket.

b) First turn off the water switch at the bottom of the incubator, and then connect one end of the rubber tube filled with water, and the other end is immersed in the bottom of the container filled with water, and put the container on the top of the incubator, and enter the water through the principle of water level difference , Then turn on the bottom water switch, the water in the container is gradually poured into the water jacket.

Choose one of the above two irrigation methods.

2. Panel function operation

a) Box temperature setting: Click the "temperature setting" button, in conjunction with the "increase" button and "decrease" button, you can set the temperature you need.

b) CO2 concentration setting: Press the "Concentration setting" key, together with the "Increase" key and "Decrease" key, you can set the concentration you need. If CO2 concentration control is not required, set the concentration setting to 0 to extend the service life of the solenoid valve.

3. Carbon dioxide concentration control inspection: check after the box temperature reaches 37 ℃ and the temperature is constant for two hours.

a) Open the cylinder and adjust the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve to 0.05MPA, so that the carbon dioxide gas enters the box. After 1 minute, the concentration value on the display gradually increases, and it can reach 5.0% in 10 minutes (the setting value is 5.0% ), Stable for two hours, the concentration display value should fluctuate within (5 ± 0.3)%. Works fine.

b) When the outer door is opened, the carbon dioxide inlet can be automatically cut off to save gas.

4. Inspection of door temperature control

The temperature setting of the door at the back of the box is set at 38 ° C. When there is a humidifying tank in the box, there should be no condensation on the glass door. After checking the above steps, the incubator can work normally and can be put into normal use.

The three control operating systems have a memory function. The display value after powering off and then on is the setting value of the last use.

1. Each time a new temperature value is set, the knob of the mechanical thermostat used for over-temperature protection on the rear side of the incubator can be adjusted to the set temperature of the incubator of 5 ℃.
