Scanning electron microscope was used to observe and analyze the microstructure of glazed interior wall tiles that experienced different fire field temperatures and cooling methods. The results show that the microstructure of glazed interior wall tiles will change under different heating temperatures and cooling methods. When the temperature reaches 300 ℃, the glaze surface can produce cracks during the cooling test, but the microstructure is basically unchanged; when the temperature reaches 900 ℃, the glaze surface melts during the cooling test, and the crystal structure of the green body is cracked, broken, and complete Sex is destroyed and strength is basically lost.
