5. Pull the paper roller driver down. Pulling the paper roll is an important part of the tension system. We have encountered the situation that the drive overheat protection caused the paper breakage. Often, all the paper paths are broken and the error is serious. Upon inspection, the drive cooling fan is faulty and the fault is eliminated after the replacement. Note: The refrigeration equipment in the electrical cabinet should be checked regularly and the filter should be cleaned regularly to avoid overheating of the driver.

6. A momentary power failure caused a paper break. Because the machine is a shaftless drive, an instant power outage can cause paper breaks in all printing, and it is easy to burn out electrical components. This is a serious hazard, so it is necessary to coordinate with the power supply department. It is necessary to add standby power.
