Dyeing method for dyes when printing polyester-cotton blended fabrics

Polyester-cotton blended fabric printing: In polyester-cotton blended fabrics, polyester and cotton fibers are very different in performance, so the printing process is more difficult than a fiber printing process. The method of dyeing by dye can be divided into two types:

(1) Using a dye to simultaneously dye two kinds of fibers: dyes that can be used are paint, polyester Shilin, polycondensation dyes, stable insoluble azo dyes, soluble vat dyes, and the like. This method has certain limitations. The dyes have a strong selectivity. Dye selection and chromatography often cannot be matched.

(2) Two kinds of dyes are used to dye the two kinds of fibers respectively: At present, there are two types of dyes used: Disperse dyes and reactive dyes. Paste printing: disperse dyes dyeing polyester, reactive dyes dyeing cotton fibers, disperse dyes and vat dyes. Paste printing: disperse dye dyeing polyester, vat dyed cotton fiber or dyeing two kinds of fiber at the same time; disperse dye and soluble vat dye paste printing: Disperse dye dye polyester, soluble vat dye cotton and polyester at the same time.
