As you can see from the figure,

1 In the compounding of the film containing the slip agent, when the conventional adhesive is used, the composite strength at the initial stage of aging increases, but the strength begins to decrease rapidly, and the strength has dropped to about 1 N after the aging is completed, and the requirements for use cannot be satisfied:

2 For the compounding of the film containing the slip agent, when the anti-adhesive agent YH2600/YH25 is used, the composite strength is always increasing, and the strength after maturation is up to about 7N, which fully meets the requirements for use.

b. The relationship between the content of additives and peel strength

The figure shows: with the increase in the content of additives

1 When using common adhesives, additives are added more than 500ppm, and the strength rapidly drops below 1N, which can not meet the use requirements;

2 When using a special adhesive, the decrease in strength is small.
