Piston Ring Pressure Distribution Characteristic Curve Tester

Recently, Yizheng Shuanghuan Co., Ltd. cooperated with a domestic university to develop a piston pressure distribution characteristic curve tester. Recently, the first instrument was put into use at the company. The instrument adopts a unique pressure detection system. The pressure is installed during the measurement. The measured piston ring pressure distribution data is exactly the same as when the piston ring is installed. The instrument operates at a constant temperature and the measurement process is fully automated. The control completely eliminates the influence of environmental factors and human factors on the measurement results; the instrument also has extremely high repetition measurement accuracy. At present, the company is the only piston ring manufacturer in China that has piston ring pressure distribution characteristic detection technology.
