1. The visual inspection before use of safety equipment should include the presence or absence of cracks, aging, insulation layer falling off, severe scratches in the insulation part, and looseness, rust, breakage, etc. in the fixed joint. If there is any doubt about the appearance of the insulation part, it should be used after the insulation test is passed.
2. Insulated operating rod, electroscope and measuring rod: The allowable voltage should be consistent with the voltage level of the equipment. When using, the operator's hand must not cross the boundary of the guard ring or the hand-held part. In the outdoor operation of electrical equipment in rainy days, the insulating part of the operating lever should have a rain cover or an operating lever with an insulator. The human body should be kept at a safe distance from the live equipment during use, and care should be taken to prevent the insulation rod from being short-circuited by the human body or equipment to maintain an effective insulation length.
3. Portable short-circuit grounding wire: The clamps at both ends of the grounding wire should ensure that the grounding wire can be in good contact with the conductor and the grounding device, easy to assemble and disassemble, have sufficient mechanical strength, and will not loosen when the large short-circuit current passes. The portable grounding wire should be inspected before use. If it is found that the stranded strands, broken strands, severely damaged sheath, loosely cracked fixture, etc., it should not be used.
4. Insulating partitions and insulating covers: Insulating partitions and insulating covers are only allowed to be used on electrical equipment with voltages of 35kV and below, and should have sufficient insulation and mechanical strength. For the 10kV voltage class, the thickness of the insulating spacer should not be less than 3mm, and the voltage level for 35kV should not be less than 4mm. When placing insulation barriers and insulating covers on site, wear insulated gloves, use insulated levers, and if necessary, secure them with insulated ropes.
5. Safety helmet: Before using the helmet, check the accessories such as the cap, cap liner, cap hoop, top lining and chin strap. When using, the chin strap should be fastened to prevent the work from falling forward or backward due to other reasons.
6, seat belt: belt and belt, rope should have sufficient mechanical strength, the material should be wear-resistant, the snap ring (hook) should have a safety device, the operation should be flexible. The length of the belt and rope is more than 3m.
7. Foot buckles and ascending boards: Metal parts deformation and rope (belt) damage are prohibited. Anti-slip measures should be taken for the use of foot buckles and ascending boards for special weather.
