Main purpose and working principle
The vertical decontamination test machine is mainly used for detergent research, testing institutions and manufacturers to evaluate the detergent decontamination ability, conduct re-deposition tests and control product quality. Its washing method is similar to that of a household pulsator type washing machine, which is composed of six working units; through the arc tooth synchronous belt drive, it drives six stirring impellers to reciprocate, and each washing unit is carried out simultaneously under the same conditions. The test results are more suitable for the actual washing conditions, more accurate and more reasonable.
Structure description
The machine is a desktop type, suitable for being placed on a work table or a test table. Six working spindles are arranged parallel to the table surface. It is convenient for the operator to observe the washing situation at any time after starting the work. The countertop, when working, forms a closed circulating water bath system with a stainless steel cup.
The main transmission mechanism is located at the upper back of the equipment. The instrument and electrical control are assembled into one and placed on the upper right corner of the equipment. All buttons and instrument display are concentrated on one operation panel.
The main structure of the frame is assembled by welding square tubes.
The plate-type combination aluminum alloy shell is convenient for repair and maintenance.
Installation and commissioning
1. The machine needs to be placed on a fastened working table or laboratory table (a rubber plate with a thickness of 5 mm is best to be placed on the table).
2. Open the upper cover, check whether the transmission belt falls off, and check whether the fixing bolts of the tensioning mechanism are loose.
3. Clean the sundries in the sink due to packaging and transportation. After washing with pure water, add 34 to 45L of pure water, about 3/5 of the depth of the sink. The water level during cooling is higher than the uppermost circle of the evaporator. .
4. The main power socket requires single-phase 220V, 50Hz alternating current.
5. Use
1. Switch on the main power supply and the circulating water pump starts to work.
If heating is required, place the ping-pong switch in the left direction; if cooling is required, place the ping-pong switch in the right direction; placing the ping-pong switch in the middle position is inactive.
(Note: The system can only work when the water tank reaches the required water level) At the same time, the inverter shows the rotation speed; the ZN48 digital timer shows the running time; the PXW7 digital temperature controller shows the water bath temperature.
1) The rotation speed is set to 160 rpm before leaving the factory. If you need to change it, you can press the inverter ∧, ∨ increase and decrease keys.
2) The factory setting of the running time is 15 minutes. If you need to change the time, you can press four keys to adjust.
3) If the temperature of the water bath changes, it needs to be reset with the â–², â–¼ increase and decrease keys of the PXW7 thermostat.
The other keys of the instrument have been adjusted at the factory, please do not adjust at will.
2. Put the six stainless steel wash cups into the six holes, and note that the pins on the outer edge of the wash cup should be inserted into the grooves on the side of the hole.
3. Put the stirring impeller shaft into the washing cup, insert the bottom tie into the shaft seat of the washing cup, and push the stirring shaft coupling sleeve up by hand, so that the stirring impeller shaft is sleeved into the coupling sleeve and lower the coupling sleeve.
4. Inject the washing liquid into each washing cup separately.
5. When the actual temperature displayed by the temperature display reaches the set temperature, start the K1 switch, and put the standard dirt cloth into each cup at the same time, the instrument system starts to work, only need to operate K1. (The green round type with lock button on the right side of the panel) K1 is used for the first start, used for pause operation, and K2 is used for restarting and repeating the cycle.
6. When the washing time reaches the set time, the stirring impeller automatically stops rotating, and the buzzer sounds an alarm. At this time, press K2, and the cycle can be repeated once again, and the alarm stops.
7. If you need to stop during the operation, you can press the K1 pause button. To pause the cycle (stop the timer), stop the operator by pressing the K1 key again to control and resume the cycle.
8. After the test, remove the dirty cloth, rinse with tap water (operated according to the national standard), take out the stirring impeller shaft and the washing cup, wash with clean water, and dry it for use.
