First, how to wire the air shower
1. Power supply: Support 24V current power supply or 24V AC power supply. Refer to the air shower control wiring diagram for the wiring method.
2. Input: the terminal for the X segment

3. Display: The 9-pin serial cable is connected to the LCD text screen, and the DC 24V power output terminal on the text screen is connected to the board.
4. Output: The relay board connection pin interface is R1-R8 terminal block, R1～R2 share COM1-2, R3～R4 share COM3-4, R5～R6 share COM5-6, R7～R8 share COM7-8.
R1 is connected to the SL end of the external door closer, COM1-2 is connected to the gate GND, R2 is connected to the SL end of the inner door closer, and COM1-2 is connected to the GND end. R3/R4 fan relay, COM3-4 is connected to 220V AC L terminal, R5/R6 is connected to lighting COM5-6 to 220V AC L terminal, R7 is connected to emergency switch, R8 is connected to status lamp, COM7-8 is connected to GND terminal.
Second, the operation method
Click the button on the screen, the backlight is on, change the setting, click the down arrow button to enter the setting interface, corresponding to the time setting of 1 outer door, 2 inner door, 3 fan three items, press the number 1 to enter the outer door setting, click the button SET key number Click the left arrow or the right arrow of the button to change the ten digits or hundreds digits. After the change is completed, click the ENT key to save the setting, the ESC key to go back to the previous setting, and the ALM is the emergency button.
Third, the air shower room workflow
The wind showers the outdoor door opening switch, the air shower outdoor door opens immediately, the personnel enters and the last person enters and starts to close the door. After the door is closed, the infrared probe detects, the fan is started, and the last door is opened. The last person walks out to start timing. When the door is closed and the door is opened and triggered, the inner door is opened. When the person enters, the inner door is closed and the front door is opened immediately.
Fourth, common problems and corresponding methods
When there is a problem in the air shower system or when it is not working, first look at the text display prompt. The outer door should be closed when the outer door is closed. The inner door should be white. The inner door should be white. When the fan is working, the fan should be white. When the outer door anti-clamp has a trigger, the corresponding point should be white. When the inner door anti-clamp has a trigger, the corresponding point should be white. If the corresponding corresponding point has no action, follow the relevant line. When the door is closed, the door magnetic field is closed, and the anti-pinch infrared probe is closed when there is an object blocking, and the infrared probe is closed when detecting a person.
