Printing industry status

The sources of VOCs in the printing industry are mainly solvent-based inks, fountain solutions, adhesives, coating liquids, varnishes, and car wash water. The printing industry VOCs discharge nodes are mainly used in printing, compounding, coating, glazing and baking. Dry printing and other processes; printing companies mainly use offset printing , followed by gravure printing, gravure printing currently uses solvent-based inks, which is the main source of VOCs emissions in the printing industry; currently, the management level of printing enterprises varies greatly, and effective end-of-pipe treatment facilities are adopted.
