ã€Abstract】Objective: To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of spectinomycin hydrochloride. Method: Grace-Apollo C_(18) (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase, 50 mmol·L -1 - ammonium acetate solution (pH 7.5) - methanol (92:8) as mobile phase The flow rate is 0.6 ml·min~(-1), the spray chamber temperature is 30 °C, and the drift tube temperature is 70 °C. Atomizing gas (air) pressure: 0.4 Mpa. Results: The spectinomycin hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship (r=0.999 0) in the range of 0.101～0.504 mg·ml~(-1), and the average recovery was 98.5% (RSD=1.6%, n=9). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be applied to the determination of spectinomycin hydrochloride.
