First bronzing and after bronzing

Compared with two kinds of bronzing methods, post-bronzing is an ideal method, which brings convenience to label graphic design and enlarges the application scope of hot stamping graphics. However, due to the limitation of the device's function, the cost of the tag is relatively high. The first hot stamping process is suitable for simple graphic small label processing, low cost, wide application range, is a commonly used method for small and medium-sized printing plants.

1. After the bronzing process. After the bronzing process uses ink, foil stamping components are installed behind the label printer station. The web material is first printed and passed through a drying device where the ink is instantaneously dried and then gilded on the ink surface after drying or the surface of the ink. Since the ink is dry, the juxtaposition and superimposition of the foil stamping artwork do not have any influence on the web material, and no smearing of ink occurs.

2. First hot stamping process. Used in batch type feeding printers, using ordinary ink, foil stamping parts are installed in front of the label printing station. Since the ink used is an oxidative polymerization type drying, it takes a certain period of time for the ink to be completely dried after printing, so the bronzing graphic must avoid the ink. The best way to avoid the ink is to pre-foil the roll material and then print it again, which will separate the printed text from the foil stamping (side-by-side). If it is printed on the stamping graphic, since the electrodeposited aluminum is a metal surface, the ink is only volatilized, conjunctiva, and non-penetrating, and the surface of the electrochemical aluminum is smooth, inkless, and unsuitable for printing. The first hot stamping can prevent the ink from getting dirty and ensure the label printing quality.

First hot stamping means that the web is first hot stamped on the label machine and then printed. After the bronzing is the first printing, and finally bronzing. The key to bronzing and post-bronzing is the drying of the ink. There are two situations in the relationship between hot stamping and printed text: parallel and overprinting. Due to the different inks used, the functions of the labeling machine can be divided into two types: hot stamping and hot stamping.
