Matters needing attention and maintenance
1. During the transportation of the incubator, it is forbidden to turn it upside down or lay it flat at a temperature greater than 45 degrees.
2. Do not change the setting value frequently during use, so as to avoid overload caused by frequent compressor startup and affect the service life of the equipment.
3. When no lighting is needed in the box, the lighting switch should be placed in the "off" position to avoid affecting the upper temperature and prolong the service life of the lamp.
4. This machine is equipped with two groups of fuses. If a fault occurs during operation, please cut off the power first, check whether the fuse is intact, and then check other parts.
5. In order to maintain the appearance of the equipment, do not wipe the exterior with corrosive solution. The box can be wiped with dry cloth or alcohol to keep the box clean.
6. When the equipment is not in use, keep the box dry and cut off the power supply.
7. In order to ensure uniform temperature in the box, the axial fan in the box should be checked for normal operation. During the experiment, the items in the box should not be over-squeezed, and the air outlet of the fan should not be blocked. Space must be left to facilitate the circulation of air in the box.
8. Do not touch it, bump the temperature and humidity probes inside the box, causing the temperature and humidity to get out of control.
9. If the equipment fails, please ask a professional to repair or contact the sales department of the factory. Users are not allowed to disassemble and repair at will.
Usage: Fill the water tank with pure water according to the instructions, plug the power plug of the ultrasonic atomizer into the rear panel schematic (2) "humidifier control socket", and insert a soft plastic sleeve at the outlet of the ultrasonic atomizer At the other end, plug the other end into the "air inlet" of the top schematic diagram (3). At this time, the ultrasonic atomizer has been connected to the host. Plug in the power supply of the host and press the power switch "1" on the right side of the panel. At this time, the instrument displays a digital display, indicating that the device is in working state. See the control panel diagram for each parameter setting. The setting method is as follows:
(1) Temperature / time key can switch between temperature and time:
1) Temperature setting: Press the temperature / time key once, the temperature setting indicator of the instrument lights up. Press the setting key to enter the SV state, then press the ∨ or ∧ key to change the temperature setting value to the desired temperature (minimum value 0 ℃), and finally press the setting key to save the setting value to the single chip, at this time the left display The window displays the measured temperature, and the right display window displays the set temperature.
2) Time setting: Press the temperature / time key once, the indicator of the time setting of the instrument will be on. Press the setting key to enter the TV state, then press the ∨ or ∧ key to change the time setting value until the required time (minimum value is 1h), and finally press the setting key to save the setting value to the microcontroller, at this time the left display window The measurement time is displayed, and the right display window displays the set time.
Timing function: When the instrument is powered on, the timing function starts. After the timer expires, the output is turned off. The heater and refrigeration compressor stop working, and the temperature in the incubator will gradually reach the ambient temperature.
3) Status indication: After setting, the device runs according to the set parameters. When the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature, the device enters the heating state, and the heating indicator lights. Conversely, when the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature, the cooling indicator lights and the device enters the cooling state. When the measured temperature is 4 ℃ higher than the set temperature, the alarm indicator lights and the buzzer also sounds.
4) Parameter modification: If you want to modify the temperature and time parameters during operation, then modify according to procedures 1 and 2.
5) Quick setting: When setting the parameters, one of the three digits flashes, if you press ∧ key, the last digit of the setting value will increase by 1; if you press this key and do not release, after about 3 seconds, set The set value increases by 1 continuously; if you press ∨, the set value decreases by 1; if you hold down the key, the set value decreases by 1 after about 3 seconds.
(2) Humidity setting
1) Humidity setting: Press the "Humidity Setting" button, the "Upper Limit Setting" indicator (red) of the window lights, then press the ∨ or ∧ button to change the humidity setting value to the desired humidity, then press Press the "Humidity Setting" key, the "Lower Limit Setting" indicator (green) of the window lights, then press the ∨ or ∧ key to set the lower limit humidity, and then press the "Humidity Setting" key, the window "working "Indicator (red) lights up, indicating that the microcomputer is in automatic working state. The humidity value of "lower limit setting" and the humidity value of "upper limit setting" are different by 2% (recommended value 1% ~ 5%), users can also set it according to the actual situation.
2) Parameter modification: If the humidity parameter needs to be modified during operation, then press procedure 1 to modify.
3) Quick setting: When setting the parameter, if you press ∧ key, the last digit of the setting value will increase by 1, if you press this key without releasing, after about 3 seconds, the setting value will increase by 1 continuously; if you press ∨ Press the key to decrease the setting value by 1, if the key is held down, the setting value continues to decrease by 1 after about 3 seconds.
4) Status indication: when the humidity in the box does not reach the set lower limit humidity, the working and humidification indicator lights, the humidification atomizer works, the humidity rises to the set lower limit humidity, and then the humidification is intermittent, until the upper limit humidity stops the humidification . Make the humidity fluctuate within the required range. When the humidity meter displays EFF, it is an overflow display, and the actual humidity exceeds the display range of the hygrometer. At this time, the outer door of the incubator can be opened, and the display will automatically resume after a while. If the humidity is low, you can humidify.
