(Minhang) is a production base of sheet-fed double-sided offset printing presses under the Shanghai Electric Printing and Packaging Machinery Group. This year, under the guidance of experts from Akiyama International Co., Ltd. in Japan, we introduced the world-leading Jprint double-side printing technology and successfully manufactured China's first Jprint JP2P240 double-sided two-color offset printing press.

The production base is a wholly-owned company newly established by Shanghai Electric Printing and Packaging Machinery Group. The entire plant covers an area of ​​38,000 square meters and employs 286 people. It is the only manufacturer in the Akiyama JP2P240 China region.

The Akiyama JP2P240 double-sided two-color offset press will be delivered this time with the following features:

First, the machine has an embossing cylinder porcelain lining technology, and the embossing cylinder is coated with a special porcelain lining.

Second, the roller arrangement is reasonable. Since the printing conditions of the impression cylinders are the same, the front and back sides are alternately printed to ensure that there is no difference in the quality of the front and back printing. Using a single-diameter impression cylinder not only makes the overall height of the Jprint double-sided offset press more reasonable, but also reduces the cost of replacing the ceramic backing. Small footprint.

Third, paper transfer without impact system. Paperless hands, impression cylinders, and transfer cylinders with hem-type transfer paper are used to control the non-impact system of paper transfer. This communica- tion cam technology is the patented Akiyama original technology.

Fourth, the same phase semi-automatic version change. With Akiyama International's original drum arrangement with the same phase. On the front and back, the replacement time of the eight plates was three and a half minutes. The unique automatic plate changing mechanism of Jprint double-sided offset printing press effectively reduces the preparation time for printing. Fifth, U-notch plate positioning system. With U-shaped positioning holes, the position of the plate into the clamping device adopts U-shaped positioning holes to ensure high-precision plate clamping.

Sixth, it has a paper feeding nozzle skew adjustment mechanism. Corrects left and right skew of the paper that occurs when paper is fed, making it easy to operate the knob even during printing.

Seventh, there is a paper positioning device - the former rule. Use the hem type front regulator mechanism to extend positioning time and improve positioning accuracy. The six front gauges are adjustable up and down, and the whole can be adjusted (±0.3mm), and the four front gauges can be adjusted before and after (±0.3mm). Detect early arrival, offside, and skew of the paper.

Eighth, it has paper size/prepress pressure settings. Enter the paper size or select the saved size settings (12 types). The corresponding position will be automatically set and adjusted individually.

In the ninth, there are settings for the number of ink transmissions. According to the requirements of the printing pattern, the setting of the number of ink transmission may be set in a 2:1 to 10:1 five-phase setting.

The tenth, has the ink fountain key opening degree remote control position. Can adjust the opening of the ink fountain key in each color group. The ink fountain key opening measure is 0-99.5, controlled in 200 stages.

The eleventh, the fountain roller rotation amount remote control device. With a variable speed motor drive, the amount of rotation of the fountain roller is adjusted according to the state of Sheung Shui. The amount of rotation is displayed in digital form.

In addition to producing the Akiyama JP2P240 double-sided double-color offset press, the base also produces BT428 sheetfed offset presses, automatic screen printing presses, and S-B sheetfed offset presses. In 2006, sales revenue reached 75 million yuan.
