W&H Introduces VAREX® Film Blowing Equipment

W&H introduces VAREX® blown film equipment. The equipment is used for the production of high-quality 5-layer polyolefin composite membranes, which have a production capacity of over 700 kg/hr through a blown film die with a nozzle diameter of only 400 mm. This is due to MULTICOOL seeking a double-layer cooling ring system, which can also achieve the best cooling effect in the hot season, thus creating conditions for the equipment to significantly increase its production capacity.

Its 5-7-layer blown film die MAXICONE® has a patented cone-shaped design. Due to the short melt flow path and small melt volume, it ensures that the melt stream residence time is very short, especially in production difficulties. The same is true for the barrier layer. MAXICONE® blown film die can produce barrier film as well as polyolefin composite film with high productivity.

It is very important to ensure the quality of the film and stabilize the air bubbles during production. W&H's VARIOCAGE and NOSTIC® AIR CAGE two bubble stabilization baskets are characterized by accurate tape pull and small width errors. The patented non-contact bubble stabilization basket NOSTIC® AIR CAGE has the advantage of producing highly viscous, highly sensitive films.
