Modern mass-produced packaging needs to be completed on gravure printing machines and flexo printing machines. The materials used are reel materials, and the production speed is fast. This requires hot stamping films to be produced quickly (up to 60 meters / minute). Complete 100% transfer in time. At the same time, because the bronzing operation only occupies a small position on each small package, the anodized aluminum bronzing material must be at the same speed as the printed material during hot stamping. If technical measures are not taken, the bronzing material will be greatly wasted. Because the length of each roll of printed material is large and the size of each roll of bronzing film is very small, it cannot be matched for production. Even if the two materials have the same length, there is a contradiction that the anodized aluminum must work in steps.

The flat pressing hot stamping mechanism needs printing materials to periodically stop on the hot stamping table, and each stop position should accurately meet the position requirements of hot stamping quality, which is an issue that is not easy to solve.
