——The localization of large-scale road-holding machinery reached a new level On August 12th, the D09-32 continuous tamping vehicle produced by Kunming China Railway Co., Ltd. passed the scientific research achievement appraisal of the Ministry of Railways. This marks that, following the mass production of full-face ballast screening machines, the company has achieved a breakthrough of “zero” in the production of large-scale road maintenance machinery in the same industry; the production of the D08-32 tamping machine has made China's large-scale road-holding machinery localized. After joining the international track, the capacity of Kunming China Railway to introduce and digest new international technologies has reached a new level.
Since the D08-32 tamping machine was introduced in 1990, it has changed the way of traditional maintenance construction of Chinese railways. The first quasi-high-speed railway Guangshen Railway was successfully opened in China, and the 88-day speed-up technical transformation project of Beijing-Qinhuang Railway was completed. As well as Qinshen Passenger Dedicated Line and other railway maintenance construction operations, played a great role. Calculated by railway conservation experts, this kind of mechanical operation for one hour is equal to the daily manual workload of 180 conservation workers. Deputy Minister Wang Zhaocheng of the Ministry of Railways asserted: “Without large-scale maintenance machinery, there is no great speed increase for railways.” He also said: “The Kunming Plant is a model for the successful introduction of localization of technology by the Ministry of Railways. It is introduced, digested, absorbed, and created by (technology). At last, a new path has emerged."
The development of the D09-32 continuous tamping vehicle made in China was listed in the Ministry of Railways' Science and Technology Development Program in 2000. Its domestic prototype was successfully tested in April 2001. In March of this year, Kunming China Railway Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation production contract with the German Plasser Company. So far, the company has manufactured 21 vehicles.
Compared with the D08-32 tamping machine, the overall working efficiency of the vehicle is increased by about 30%. According to the calculation of 200 working days in the whole year, within 600 kilometers of operating mileage, more than 180 kilometers of lines can be maintained throughout the year. This has a significant role in improving the utilization of "skylight" and reducing the impact of construction on transportation. At the same time, due to the reduction in the inertia of the vehicle, the power consumption is relatively reduced, which reduces the jolts and vibrations caused by starting and braking when the host is not in operation, and creates a comfortable working environment for the operator.
The vehicle integrates advanced technologies such as collector, electricity, liquid, computer and laser, and represents the advanced level of continuous tamping vehicles in the world today. After the Kunming China Railway Large-Scale Road Maintenance Machinery Group Co., Ltd. led the localization of large-scale road maintenance machinery, after introducing the related technology of the German Prass company, it seized the key links and carried out joint research. At present, the vehicle circuit board has been fully realized. Localization, the localization rate of the whole machine reached 70%. Tested by the Ministry of Railways' Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the expert group of the appraisal committee: The vehicle features stable performance, high operating efficiency, good quality, and safe operation. It can provide guarantee for the speed increase of the railway; the technical performance of the vehicle has reached the international advanced level. Level can replace imported products.
