  Kiian digistar Hi-pro sublimation ink is compatible with DX7, Newest TFP printheads, no clogging the head, printing smoothly.Suitable for transfer printing. Ideal for transferring onto synthetic fabrics (polyester), onto rigid substrates (pre-treated) and onto blended fibres (min 80% PES).Ideal on medium and large format machines, it fully exploits their productive capacities. Speed, reliability and reproducibility of the processes over time meet the criteria of industrial productions.

1.Q: What's the sublimation transfer printing?
A: Heat sublimation transfer printing is using sublimation ink, sublimation printer to print image such as portrait, landscape, text etc by reversal way on the sublimation transfer paper, and then heated to a temperature of about 200 ºC with heat transfer equipment, sublimation ink which is on paper will be in the form of gasification into substrates, so as to put the paper on the vivid images to transfer to textiles, porcelain, porcelain plate, metal material of a new technology.

2,What is the sublimation transfer paper?
Sublimation transfer paper is to print the portrait, landscape, text or other graphics onto the inkjet paper which is specially used for sublimation transfer though the inkjet printer which is with the sublimation transfer ink, then heat it up to about 200 degree by using the heat transfer equipment ,to make the sublimation transfer ink on the sublimation transfer paper sublimated and substrates into the textiles, metal and other materials.it is a new technology.

3,Should use special sublimation transfer ink?
Had better use the dry sublimation transfer ink which is made by the dispersed dyes, under the transfer temperature  the ink will produce sublimation and transfer to the substrate ,good quality dye sublimation ink not plug nozzles ,color fidelity and stability.
