Copier exposure system troubleshooting skills

[Office Partner Information Center] According to some experienced maintenance engineers, many problems with copy quality problems are related to the optical path system. Although the optical path system looks simple, sometimes it is difficult to deal with problems. Finding methods and techniques is the key to dealing with such problems. Below I have compiled some relevant fault cases for you, and I hope to help you.

1, the copy is all black

Cause: The exposure lamp is not lit (circuit interruption, sensitive switch, filament break, power supply circuit failure, etc.).

Processing: Find the fault and cause analysis and make appropriate replacement.

2, the image clarity of the copy is reduced, the bottom gray is large

Cause: The optical path system is dirty (loss of light quantity, the charge in the bright area of the original can not be neutralized), and the dust particles on the mirror cause diffuse reflection of light, resulting in reduced imaging resolution and image accuracy.

Handling: Clean the optical system. Use a lens brush, blow balloon, deer skin (or lens paper), detergent, etc., first blow, then brush, and then rub. 3. Vertical bottom gray bars appear on the copy (border blur)

Cause: Partial contamination of the optical components or partial aging of the exposed lamp filaments, or obstructions on the light path.

Treatment: The lamp is turned around. If the fault still occurs, replace the lamp. For obstructions, wipe and clean them. If the contaminant is on the light path before the lens, the contaminant at the enlarged copy will also be enlarged; if the dirt is on the road behind the lens, the legal object on the enlarged copy will not be enlarged.

(1) Carrying the carrier carrying the toner by hand, if the hand is not very dark, it means that the carrier has less toner.

(2) Take a small amount of carrier carrying the toner down and observe if there is any toner falling down (flying). If it is off, the carrier's adsorption toner strength drops and the carrier ages.

In order to ensure the quality of the copy and the normal progress of the transfer process, the following should be noted:

(1) The electrode wire of the transfer electrode should be tensioned, otherwise the charging effect will be affected, resulting in uneven image density after transfer.

(2) After using the transfer electrode for a period of time, it should be cleaned to remove the oxide layer and toner contamination on the surface.

(3) The copy paper should be flat, otherwise it will not be close to the surface of the light guide layer and cause the printing fault.

(4) In wet weather, the transfer voltage should be lowered due to the reduced volume resistance of the copy paper and the low voltage of the printed electrode.

Pet Collar

It is also called a choking collar, which is recommended by almost all dog trainers. Its principle is that as soon as the dog leash is pulled, the collar will be temporarily tightened, which will make the dog`s neck feel oppressive, and at the same time this collar will make a jingle that dogs don`t like. This is an effective way to correct the dog's wrong behavior.
