Finally, after shipment, customers should arrange the balance upon the receipt of B/L copy,then we'll send original documents to customers for their custom clearence.Â
During shipping, we will still have an eye on the goods, and keep in touch with customers.
10. Will you charge the samples and express fees? And how?
Usually, our cutting samples are free.
As to the express fee, Being a well-known leading supplier, dozens of samples are required everyday, this is not a small cost. So our company set a regulation that we only bear express fee for old customers. while new customers need to pay the couriers' charges.
