Cause Analysis:

( 1 ) The speed of the dryer is unstable;

( 2 ) There is paper wool between the gears of the cross cutter or the gears and bearings are damaged;

( 3 ) The running resistance of the single-sided cardboard of the overpass is too large;

( 4 ) The brake tension of the tissue is too large;

( 5 ) The conveyor belt of the dryer slips;

( 6 ) The meshing clearance of the continuously variable gear of the cross-cutting machine is too large or the rotating chain is aging or slack;

( 7 ) The cross-cut control program is disordered and interfered by strong magnetic field.

Solution:

( 1 ) Check whether the main motor of the dryer is missing phase, whether the voltage is stable, and whether the bearing is damaged;

( 2 ) Remove the paper scraps between the gears of the root cutter and replace the gear bearings;

( 3 ) Lubricate or replace the bearings of the paper guide rollers of the flyover inflexibly, and adjust and control the vacuum suction air volume of single-sided paper properly;

( 4 ) Reduce the braking force of facial tissue;

( 5 ) Always clean the conveyor belt of the dryer and keep the hot plate of the dryer clean. The slippage of the conveyor belt during production can be relieved by spraying a small amount of water on it. Pay attention to avoid leaving the dryer idling without feeding paper Therefore, the direct friction between the conveyor belt and the hot plate is reduced, otherwise the rough surface of the conveyor belt will be smoothed, which may easily cause slippage;

( 6 ) Correct the gap between the continuously variable gears, replace with a new chain or adjust the chain appropriately, tighten the device;

( 7 ) Eliminate strong magnetic interference.
