Chelating resin adsorption for heavy metal removal in electroplating wastewater

Tulsion® CH-90 is a very durable, macroporous selective chelating resin.

Tulsion® CH-90 is suitable for the selective removal of divalent metal ions from monovalent metal ions in process or wastewater. Divalent metal ions can be easily separated from monovalent metal ions, such as plasma. The application of this divalent metal ion removal, such as electroplating and metal pickling, hydrolytic metallurgy; lead removal in battery manufacturing, electronics and other applications.

Tulsion ® CH-90 is especially suitable for the removal of metal cations. The macroporous resin structure ensures the superiority of ion diffusion, thus giving high efficiency complete removal and regeneration performance. This resin can remove heavy metals from lower pH values and is a very cost-effective method.

Advantage:

Ph value can be 0-14

It can process 1-5000ppm (5g / l) solution, and it can also process effluent up to 0.02ppm if it exceeds 5000g / l.

Flow rate at 10-15BV / h

Regeneration with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, HCl concentration 4-5 ﹪, 80-120g / l; H2SO4 concentration 3-4 ﹪, 120-160g / l; if the nickel content is higher, nickel sulfate can be obtained after regeneration with acid Reuse can reduce costs

The use of chelating resin does not require transformation, so that the life span can reach 3-5 years
