1, to avoid the internal burnout of the screen

When not in use for a long time, the industrial display should be turned off, or the display brightness of the industrial display should be lowered. Otherwise, the high-brightness display for a long time may easily lead to internal burnout or aging. Once such damage occurs, it is necessary to perform "big surgery" to recover. In addition, if a fixed content is continuously displayed for a long time, it is also possible to cause the pixel to overheat, resulting in an inevitable loss.

2, pay attention to maintain humidity

Industrial displays with a normal humidity of 30% to 80% can work normally, but once the indoor humidity is higher than 80%, the inside is prone to condensation. The internal power transformer and other coils are also prone to leakage after being wet, and may even cause short-circuiting of the connection; while the high-voltage parts of industrial displays are prone to discharge; the internal components are prone to rust and corrosion, and serious The board is shorted. Therefore, industrial displays must pay attention to moisture-proof, industrial displays that are not used for a long time, can be energized for a period of time, so that the heat generated by the industrial display can drive out the moisture inside the machine. Also, don't let any moisturey things get inside the industrial display. Found foggy, wipe it off with a soft cloth to turn on the power. If the moisture has entered the industrial display, it must be placed in a stable higher place to allow the moisture and organics to evaporate. Applying power to an LCD containing humidity can cause corrosion of the liquid crystal electrode and cause permanent damage. The humidity of the Jiawei industrial display is maintained at 10% to 95%.

3, properly clean the display surface

If you notice a smudge on the surface of the display, gently wipe it off with a soft cloth dampened with water. Do not spray water directly onto the surface of the display. Water entering will cause a short circuit on the screen. First make sure the industrial display is turned off.

The methods to clean the screen are:

1. Wipe the screen with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth to remove dust and other particles.

2. If it is dirty, pour a small amount of nitrogen-free, non-alcoholic glass cleaner onto the cloth and wipe it.

The method of cleaning the chassis is the same as above.

4, to avoid shocks

Industrial monitor screens are very fragile, so avoid strong shocks and vibrations, and the LCD contains a lot of glass components, falling to the floor or other similar strong hits will cause damage to the LCD screen and other units, and be careful not to The LCD display surface applies pressure.

5, do not disassemble the machine

Even after a long period of shutdown, the CFL inverter in the backlight unit may still have a high voltage of about 1000V, which may cause personal injury, so never attempt to disassemble or change the LCD display. Unauthorized repairs and changes will result in the display not working, so contact your professional for repairs.
