Method of operation

1. Connect the measured object to the voltmeter indicating "0", the test light is off, and the ground wire is connected.
2. Set the desired value for the test voltage.
3. Set the required value for the leakage current test.

C) Adjust the required leakage current value.
4. Manual testing
A) Set the timing to the "manual" position, press "Start", the test light is on, and turn the voltage adjustment knob to the desired indication value. At this time, the measured object is qualified.

5. Timing test
A) Set the timing to the "timing" position, dial the time preset dial, and set the required test time.
B) Press the "Start" button to adjust the voltage to the desired test value.
C) At this time, the test voltage is cut off, and the measured object is qualified. If the measured object exceeds the specified leakage current value, the time is less than the time, the ultra-leak light is on, the buzzer alarms, and the measured object is unqualified.
Precautions
1. The operator must wear insulated rubber gloves and rubber pads under the feet to prevent life-threatening electric shock caused by high-voltage electric shock.
2. When connecting the measured object or disassembling, the high voltage output must be guaranteed to be "0" and in the "reset" state.
3. When the test is performed, the grounding end of the instrument should be reliably connected to the measured object, and open circuit is strictly prohibited.
4. Do not short-circuit the output ground wire and the AC power cable to avoid charging the casing and causing danger.
5. Avoid high voltage output and ground short circuit as much as possible to avoid accidents.
