First, the work to be done before the holiday:
1. Check the status of the low-speed operation of the printing press, and record the reading of the ammeter on the main electric cabinet as a reference standard to judge whether the status of the printing press is normal when the machine restarts after the holiday.
2. First wash off the ink on the water roller ink roller, and then remove all the ink rollers on the unit to avoid the rubber roller squeezing and deforming for a long time to damage. And check the bearings at both ends, maintain the rubber roller with the accumulated paste, use the copper wiping water to maintain the copper roller, and wipe the printing plate protective glue on the water roller and the water bucket roller. For the specific use method, please follow the previous operating instructions.
3. After the ink fountain, ink fountain key and ink fountain roller are cleaned, apply a layer of lubricant for maintenance to prevent rust.
4. Remove all the rubber cloth, pad and PS version, apply a little lubricating oil on the surface of the rubber cylinder and the impression cylinder and the roller pillow to maintain, prevent rust. If the plate cylinder is not installed with a film base, you also need to apply a little lubricating oil to the surface of the plate cylinder and the roller pillow for anti-rust treatment. If a plate base film is installed and the installation time has exceeded 3 months, please Remove the bottom film and clean the plate roller with alcohol. If it is less than 3 months old, please clean the film with a dry cloth (the roller pillow also needs to be smeared with a little lubricating oil for anti-rust treatment).
5. Remove all the roller pillow brushes from each color group, put them in a lubricating oil barrel and soak them, and then install them when you go to work after the holiday.
6. Drain the water in the water tank and water bucket and clean the water tank of each color group. In addition, put the PH test probe in the protective liquid to prevent it from drying up (it is strictly forbidden to put the PH test head in pure water).
7. Clean and scrub the chain and teeth of the take-up section and add oil for maintenance.
8. Clean the teeth and pads of the transfer cylinder and impression cylinder, and lubricate and maintain the lubricated parts.
9. Clean all filter screens of the machine. Be sure to replace them if they have a service life of more than one year, and lubricate the lubrication parts of the machine.
10. In order to ensure and extend the life of the printing press, it is recommended to replace the lubricant and filter of the host, and pay attention to the type and origin of the lubricant, so as not to add errors or use fake oil.
11. If the machine is equipped with water-roller cooling equipment, and the ambient temperature may be lower than 0 ℃, please add antifreeze to the cooling water or simply let go of the cooling water to prevent freezing and cracking of water pipes and related equipment oil).
12. Turn off the power supply of the main unit and the tap switch of the water tank, and release the air and water in the air compressor. The air of the air control device in the main unit is also released.
13. Clean the surface of the machine and clean the surrounding environment, it is best to cover the machine.
14. Do a good job in preventing rodents. Put some stinky pills (camphor balls) in the electric box, the bottom of the machine, etc .; it is strictly forbidden to eat food and place food in the printing workshop; install two ultrasonic electric cats next to each machine, turn on 24 hours; customers who use WEKO powder sprayer please use The PS version protects the dusting funnel in the dusting machine to avoid damage by rats. (This is the focus of the key!)
15. In addition to the above, please also complete other items in the daily routine daily, weekly and monthly maintenance table
Second, the first work to do after the holiday:
1. If the temperature of the workshop is low after work after the holiday, the air conditioner around the machine should be turned on 4 hours in advance to raise the temperature of the entire machine and the environment to reach the normal printing state.
2. Check the oil level of the machine before power-on, check whether the oil level reaches between the center line and the upper line, and check whether the oil level is between the center line and the lower line after power-on.
3. If there is a cooling device for the ink roller and the cooling water was released years ago, the cooling water should be added at this time. For those who have water-roller cooling equipment and the cooling water was released years ago, the cooling water should be added at this time. Add antifreeze to the water-cooled water tank of the ink fountain roller. If you add it without energized circulation, the antifreeze will not reach the interior of the ink fountain roller, so it is required that if you just add it, you must also ensure that the power cycle is more than one hour.
4. Do not perform any operation within 10 minutes after the power supply of the host is turned on, and wait for the lubricant of the host to circulate to each lubrication point of the machine before it can be turned on.
5. Turn on the air compressor. After the air in the compressor reaches the set value (automatic stop), slowly open the air valve of the air compressor to supply air to the host.
6. Check whether there is foreign matter on the equipment and between the rollers, and turn the car forward and reverse.
7. After cleaning the surface of the roller, install the blanket and PS version, install the roller pillow brush, install and adjust the pressure of the ink roller. Place the water tank PH meter probe, and check the parameters of the set water, set the inspection water circulation, and check the pressure of the metering roller and the water bucket roller.
8. Slow down the machine for 1 hour, check the movement of the ink roller, water roller, clutch pressure and other attachments, check the sound of deflation when listening to the action of each solenoid valve to confirm whether it is working properly. Other preparation work can be done while the machine is running slowly.
9. Check that the machine is in the low speed state and confirm that the reading of the ammeter on the main electrical cabinet is the same as the reading during the shutdown before the holiday.
10. Install a new bottom film (please replace the bottom film every four months).
11. After finishing the above start-up preparation work, you can start printing.
