Sterilization pot operation procedure:
(1) The milk cock is opened, the four-flow cock is opened, and the centrifuge power is turned on;
(2) firstly open the clean water, open the steam valve, and when the water temperature gradually rises to about 85 °C, add milk to discharge the clean water, and then transfer the discharge pipe to the milk tank for use;
(3) During normal operation, the steam pressure should be kept at 0.05~0.1 kg/cm2 (gauge pressure). The steam pressure should be changed during production and adjusted at any time to avoid internal scaling. (4) Adjust the feed and discharge cocks. Ensure that the sterilization effect is achieved;
(5) When the use is about to be completed, fill a small amount of clean water in the cylinder to discharge fresh milk, close the steam valve, discharge cock, and rinse with clean water.
